Comparing years needs care, because the company shifted sharply from government to private customers and raised its share capital in FY2026. The CRISIL Report was also commissioned and paid for by the company.
The table below summarises the company's financial performance over the last three years, based on the Restated Financial Statements in the RHP.

Total Income rose from ₹301.50 crore in FY2024 to ₹336.70 crore in FY2025 and ₹354.41 crore in FY2026. That is growth of about 12% in FY2025 and about 5% in FY2026. The three months ended June 30, 2026 added a further ₹107.81 crore.

The RHP states that the proposed capacity expansion is subject to unanticipated delays in implementation. A delay holds back the sales and margin benefits the company expects from new capacity. The company bears the cost of the expansion in the meantime.
Certain corporate records and filings are untraceable or incorrect. These include notices, minutes and attendance sheets of board and committee meetings for earlier periods. Regulatory action on the gaps cannot be ruled out.
The company is expanding its operations and building a network of distributors and customers. This needs time and spending before it adds sales. A slower build-out delays the return on that spending.
Promoters and the promoter group will keep a substantial holding after listing. This lets them exercise significant influence over matters that need shareholder approval. They also retain control over the composition of the board.
Before evaluating the BLS Polymers IPO, investors may consider the following factors:
Dependence on wire and cable polymer compounds
Customer concentration among the top ten customers
Capacity expansion plans and timelines
Untraceable or incorrect corporate records
Expansion of distributor and customer networks
The shift from government to private customers
Promoter influence after the Issue
Undisclosed price band and lot size
These factors should be considered alongside the complete risk disclosures and financial information provided in the RHP.
