According to a press release uploaded on NSE, Tata Consultancy Services on September 9, 2025, TCS announced a partnership with CEA in France to work on Physical AI. CEA is a leading research body in Europe. The goal of this tie-up is to build smart systems that join robotics and artificial intelligence. These systems will help machines see, learn, and act in the physical world.

The work will focus on three areas. First, making robots that can adjust and perform many tasks. Second, building safe systems where humans and robots can work together in factories. Third, creating assistive robots that can guide and support people in daily life.
CEA possesses strong expertise in emerging fields such as brain-controlled exoskeletons, self-driving systems, and haptic tools. TCS brings global reach and deep industry skills. Together, they will create real solutions. These include proof-of-concept projects, training, and tech support for businesses.
