Magnus Steel Hits Upper Circuit After Strong Q1 Results

Revenue jumped 273.7% year-on-year to ₹730.25 lakh, while net profit surged by 490.6%. Despite today's rally, the stock remains 76.66% below its May 2026 closing high.

    Magnus Steel & Infra came into focus after it published strong Q1 results. The stock hit its 5% upper circuit after the company announced a sharp rise in both revenue and profit. The move comes after a difficult phase for the stock. It had remained locked in the 5% lower circuit for five straight trading sessions before hitting the 5% upper circuit today.

    Revenue Jumps Over 273%

    The company reported revenue from operations of ₹730.25 lakh for the June quarter. This was higher than ₹195.43 lakh reported in the same quarter last year. This figure translates to a growth of 273.7%. On a sequential basis, revenue increased 2.3% from ₹713.64 lakh reported in the March quarter.

    Profit Surges Nearly Fivefold

    The company's profitability improved at an even faster pace. Net profit stood at ₹241.13 lakh, compared with ₹40.83 lakh in the year-ago period. This represents a 490.6% YoY increase. Compared with the March quarter, net profit rose 58.4%.

    The company also reported a PAT margin of 33.0%, up from 20.9% in the corresponding quarter last year.

    Magnus Steel & Infra Ltd Share Price Performance

    Following the results, the share price hit its 5% upper circuit at ₹52.04. Despite this rally, the trend remains weak. The stock was falling continuously since May 14, 2026, when it closed at ₹223. From that level, the share price has fallen by 76.66%. This fall also weighed on its short-term returns. The stock is down around 37% over the last one month.

    However, its longer-term performance remains strong. The stock has risen more than 43% in 2026 so far and has surged over 912.45% in the past one year.
