    • 18 projects on hand (as on 31st July’ 2026) aggregating to an order value of ₹2,036.65 crore

    • Underground cabling, construction of substations, electrification of rural and urban areas and installation of street lighting

The order book-to-revenue from operations ratio stood at 1.41 times in FY2026, down from 2.08 times in FY2024, reflecting faster revenue conversion.

    Revenue Model

Revenue from Operations grew from ₹211.33 crore in FY2024 to ₹505.57 crore in FY2026, a CAGR of 55.01%. All of the company's order book as of July 31, 2026 comprised projects awarded by government utilities.

The top five clients contributed 96.87% of revenue from operations in FY2026, and the top ten contributed 99.58%.

    Industry Overview

India's power sector is set to draw ₹17 trillion in investment over the next five to seven years, according to the Mordor Report cited in the RHP (Source: RHP, citing Mordor Report).

The Revamped Distribution Sector Scheme carries an outlay exceeding ₹3 lakh crore and targets the installation of 250 million smart meters across India's power distribution network (Source: RHP, citing Mordor Report).

Energy sector projects account for 24% of India's ₹111 trillion National Infrastructure Pipeline for FY2020 to FY2025, the single-highest sector allocation in that plan (Source: RHP, citing Mordor Report).

Laying distribution lines works a bit like laying a city's water pipes. The work stays mostly buried and unglamorous, noticed only when it fails, yet every new connection depends on it.

The Mordor Report cited throughout this section was commissioned and paid for by Swastika Infra itself, standard practice for RHP industry sections across Indian IPOs. That funding arrangement does not necessarily change the underlying figures, but it is a detail worth keeping in mind.

Risks Associated with Swastika Infra Limited

    Dependence on Government Utility Customers

All of the company's order book as of July 31, 2026 comprised projects awarded by government utilities. A change in government policy or utility budgets would affect future order inflow.

    Customer Concentration

The top five clients contributed 96.87% of revenue from operations in FY2026, and the top ten contributed 99.58%. Losing one of these clients would affect a large share of revenue.

    Negative Operating Cash Flows

Operating activities used ₹9.65 crore in cash in FY2026, following a larger cash use of ₹76.54 crore in FY2025. Sustained negative operating cash flow would affect the company's liquidity.

    Working Capital Intensive Operations

Net working capital requirements stood at ₹255.63 crore, or 50.76% of revenue from operations, as of March 31, 2026. A funding shortfall would affect the company's ability to execute ongoing projects.

    Contingent Liabilities

Contingent liabilities stood at almost seven times profit after tax and around 164 times cash and cash equivalents as of March 31, 2026, largely tied to bank guarantees issued to clients. Any of these guarantees being invoked would affect financial condition.

    Key Things Investors May Consider

Before evaluating the IPO, investors may consider the following factors:

    • The company's dependence on government utility customers for its entire order book

    • Customer concentration among its top five and top ten clients

    • History of negative operating cash flows

    • Working capital requirements tied to long project implementation periods

    • Contingent liabilities relative to profit after tax and cash reserves

    • Dependence on sub-contractors for project execution

    • Competitive intensity in a low-entry-barrier EPC industry

    • Growth in revenue and order book relative to the power EPC sector

These factors should be considered alongside the complete risk disclosures and financial information provided in the RHP.
