Promoters Kiritkumar Chimanbhai Patel and Ami Ridhish Patel ran the business as a partnership, M/s Armee Infotech, from 2003. The current company, originally incorporated as Blossom Infraspace Private Limited on 8 February 2011, was admitted into that partnership in March 2017 and acquired its assets and operations in April 2017 upon dissolution. It was renamed ArMee Infotech Private Limited later that month, and converted to a public limited company under its present name in April 2024.
Promoters Ami Ridhish Patel, Kiritkumar Chimanbhai Patel and Ridhish Kiritbhai Patel together held 92.72% of the pre-issue equity share capital. Headcount stood at 263 employees as at 30 June 2026, alongside 1,648 employees engaged on a contractual basis.
The company provides IT infrastructure and managed services across government, corporate, BFSI and education sectors, and has diversified into retail sales through Experience Zones for IT products, consumer electronics and gaming, alongside renewable energy EPC and power purchase agreement projects and battery energy storage systems.
As at 30 June 2026, the company had 99 ongoing projects: 65 in IT infrastructure, 21 in IT managed services, 10 in renewable energy EPC, 1 in renewable energy PPA and 2 in renewable energy BESS. India's technology industry is expected to surpass USD 315 billion in revenue in FY2026, a year-on-year growth of approximately 6.1%, according to NASSCOM. Export revenues are expected to exceed USD 246 billion in FY2026, with direct employment in the sector projected to reach nearly 6 million professionals.
Growth in the sector is supported by demand for artificial intelligence led services, engineering research and development, digital transformation initiatives and the expansion of Global Capability Centres.
Restated consolidated figures for the last three fiscal years are set out below.
Financials (₹ crore) | FY2026 | FY2025 | FY2024 |
|---|---|---|---|
Total Income | 1,410.09 | 1,315.78 | 1,023.99 |
EBITDA | 75.64 | 58.64 | 71.58 |
PAT | 45.47 | 41.67 | 50.13 |
Total Assets | 958.87 | 828.54 | 673.50 |
Net Worth | 182.18 | 136.67 | 95.18 |
Total income grew 7% and profit after tax grew 9% between FY2025 and FY2026, though both EBITDA and PAT remain below the levels recorded in FY2024.
A track record of executing projects for government and public sector clients supports repeat business and contract eligibility.
Operations span IT infrastructure, IT managed services, retail sales through Experience Zones, and renewable energy EPC, PPA and BESS projects.
Clients span government, corporates, banking, financial services and insurance, and education, reducing dependence on any single sector.
As at 30 June 2026, the 99 ongoing projects spanned 12 states, with a base concentration in Gujarat.
Promoters Kiritkumar Chimanbhai Patel and Ami Ridhish Patel have been associated with the business since 2003, bringing over two decades of experience.
More than 83.84% of revenue as at 31 March 2026 was recognised from Government and PSU clients or projects where end users were Government or PSU entities; loss of such orders could affect results.
74 of the 99 ongoing projects as at 30 June 2026 were based in Gujarat, leaving the business exposed to regional conditions.
EBITDA and profit after tax both declined between FY2024 and FY2025 before recovering in FY2026, and remain below FY2024 levels.
Government and PSU projects often require large upfront performance bank guarantees backed by fixed deposits, tying up liquid funds as the business scales.
Retail sales and renewable energy operations are more recent additions to the business, with a shorter track record than the core IT services.
Government tender processes can involve delays or changes in qualification criteria, and individual project contracts do not guarantee future orders.
A few points worth considering before evaluating the ArMee Infotech IPO:
Government and PSU work dominates the business, at over 83.84% of revenue as at 31 March 2026
There is no Offer for Sale; the entire issue is fresh capital going into the company
Revenue climbed across all three fiscals, but profit still hasn't caught up to where it stood in FY2024
Most of the 99 ongoing projects sit in one state, Gujarat
Retail and renewable energy are the newer additions, without the track record IT services has built up
Government contracts carry a condition: working capital gets tied up in performance guarantees
