The primary market is set for a busy week as nine IPOs, including three mainboard issues, open for subscription between July 28 and July 31. Together, these public issues aim to raise ₹11,707 crore, offering investors opportunities across sectors such as healthcare, renewable energy and manufacturing.
The week will be an exciting one for the primary market, as there are nine firms ready to go public through the process of their initial public offerings. Collectively, these issues seek to raise about ₹11,707 crore from investors.
There are some big mainboard issues, as well as some SME issues scheduled for the week’s IPO calendar. Investors are offered a diversified investment choice in areas such as healthcare, renewables, electrical machinery and education.

The IPO rush begins on July 28 with Poojaa Precision Engg. Ltd. The SME issue has a price band of ₹285 to ₹301 per share and aims to raise ₹159.83 crore. The public issue will remain open until July 30.
July 29 will see two IPOs opening for subscription.
The biggest among them is Manipal Health Enterprises Ltd. The hospital chain plans to raise ₹9,275.22 crore through its IPO, making it the largest public issue of the week. The price band has been fixed at ₹560 to ₹590 per share. The issue comprises a fresh issue of ₹1,275.22 crore and an offer for sale worth ₹8,000 crore.
On the SME side, H.R. Hygiene Products Ltd will also open its IPO on the same day. The company has fixed a price band of ₹83 to ₹88 per share and plans to raise ₹53.95 crore.
Both issues will close on July 31.
July 30 will be the busiest day of the week, with five companies launching their public issues.
Among the mainboard offerings, Juniper Green Energy Ltd will open its ₹1,800 crore IPO. The renewable energy company has fixed the price band at ₹214 to ₹225 per share.
MV Electrosystems Ltd will also launch its mainboard issue on the same day. The company plans to raise ₹290 crore with a price band of ₹400 to ₹425 per share.
The SME segment will see three new issues opening simultaneously. These include Oneindig Technologies Ltd, Dhaval Packaging Ltd and Fusion Klassroom Edutech Ltd. Together, they add more options for investors looking beyond the mainboard space.
The final day of the week will bring two more SME IPOs.
Fusion Klassroom Edutech Ltd will open its issue with a price band of ₹151 to ₹159 per share. The company plans to raise ₹39.04 crore.
G.V. Electricals Ltd will also launch its IPO on July 31. It has fixed the price band at ₹123 to ₹130 per share and aims to raise ₹42.25 crore.
Both issues will close on August 4.
This week offers something for almost every type of IPO investor. Those looking for large and established businesses have the mainboard issues, while investors willing to take higher risk can explore the SME offerings.
With nine IPOs opening over four days, investors will likely stay busy throughout the week. However, instead of applying to every issue, investors may be better off focusing on the company's fundamentals, valuation and long-term growth potential before taking a call.
