The incapacity of the company suppliers to furnish these products in requisite quantities, within stipulated timeframes, and in conformity with specified quality standards and technical specifications, holds the potential to detrimentally affect its business operations and its capacity to fulfill orders punctually.

The company promoters, directors, key managerial personnel and senior management play key role in its functioning and the company heavily relies on their knowledge and experience in operating its business and therefore, it is critical for the company business that they remain associated with it. The loss of any key team member may adversely affect its business and result of operations.
8. The company does not own its Registered Office and have taken the same on leave and license basis. Any revocation or adverse changes in the terms of the leave and license may have an adverse effect on its business, prospects, results of operations and financial condition.
9. If the company is not successful in executing its growth strategies, its business and results of operations may suffer.
10. The restated financial statements have been provided by peer reviewed chartered accountants who are not statutory auditor of the Company.
