Prestige Estates Projects Limited has made a significant entry into the National Capital Region’s real estate market with the launch of The Prestige City in Indirapuram Extension. The project generated sales of over Rs.3,000 crore by selling 1,200 units within seven days of launch. Spread across 62.5 acres along National Highway 24, the integrated township has received substantial interest from homebuyers, reflecting high demand for large, planned residential developments in the region.

The initial launch includes two residential phases, Oakwood and Mulberry, which together feature 3,421 homes across 19 towers. Performance and market reaction

Despite the impressive sales numbers, Prestige Estates Projects Limited share price ended the day lower on the BSE. It closed at Rs.1,326.85, down by Rs.57.85 or 4.18 percent on Tuesday. The decline may be attributed to short-term market movements or profit-booking by investors.
