As quoted in the press release of Unicommerce eSolutions (NSE Exchange Filings), the nutritional brand SuperYou was created with the help of Ranveer Singh and Nikunj Biyani. They have partnered with Unicommerce Esolutions for their e-commerce and quick commerce (Q-com) services. This means using the Uniware platform for all orders, inventory, delivery process and fulfilment across their multiple marketplaces, as well as their own D2C websites and quick commerce applications.

SuperYou will use Uniware for unified order, inventory and warehouse management.
The platform will provide real-time visibility across multiple selling channels.
Centralised returns and reverse logistics functions are part of the operational focus.
This partnership reflects ongoing adoption of specialised commerce infrastructure solutions.
Uniware provides brands with tools for managing their order flows, stock position and fulfillment process throughout various digital selling channels at a brand level. The purpose of the implementation of Uniware at SuperYou is to decrease manual work as it relates to the entire marketplace; to create consistency in operations across Q-com and D2C channels through a single dashboard; and to implement enterprise-wide processes through a unified operations approach.
The trend of having a unified operations approach is becoming more prevalent for brands which operate digitally-first and want to align sales and logistics processes by eliminating the need for multiple siloed operations for each selling channel.
Centralised returns management is one of the operational strengths of this partnership. With Uniware's solution, the returns can be managed via a single workflow, thereby providing increased visibility and control over reverse logistics. As volume grows across all channels, centralised returns can also limit the potential for errors in both tracking and reconciliation.
Unicommerce Esolutions provides software to enable commerce, including modules for order processing, inventory sync and warehouse processes. The systems work with large marketplaces and fulfillment platforms to automate functions within the larger system.
As an example of a general trend in the industry, SuperYou’s use of Unicommerce represents the growing amount of money being invested by companies to build supporting infrastructure to meet their needs resulting from multi-channel customer demand.
Unicommerce Esolutions Limited supplies software as a service or SaaS for the entire process of selling goods over the internet. The Unicommerce software is used by companies that sell products through many different channels such as online marketplaces, mobile phone applications providing quick delivery services, and direct-to-consumer websites.
These companies all want to have consistent processes for moving their inventory through the supply chain and fulfilling their customers’ orders. Being able to have all their backend operations handled through one uniform platform keeps businesses running more smoothly when moving their inventory and fulfilling their customers’ orders.
