As quoted in the press release from Sterling and Wilson (NSE Exchange filings), the company secured a Letter of Award for about ₹415 crore from a private independent power producer. The agreement covers the balance-of-system EPC package for a 300 MW (AC) / 420 MWp (DC) solar power project which includes a 220/33 kV pooling substation based in Rajasthan.

The company has secured a ₹415 crore EPC order for a solar project and substation in Rajasthan.
It marks the first LoA from the private IPP segment in the current fiscal year.
Sterling and Wilson share price stands at ₹266.45 per share on the BSE as of 10 Sep 2025 at 15:30 PM IST.
