BLS International will manage Cyprus visa applications in Kazakhstan under a new agreement.
The company has won a three-year contract to set up Indian Visa Application Centres in China effective October 14, 2025.
The China initiative covers Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou with enhanced infrastructure and multilingual support.
These contracts add to BLS International’s global service footprint and may affect business scalability.

Under the initial agreement, BLS International has been assigned with overseeing the entire process for visa applications for Cyprus in Kazakhstan and will leverage its technology driven systems to provide a seamless and transparent applicant experience.
The second contract, effective from 14 October 2025, appoints the company for the establishment and operation of Indian Visa Application Centres (IVAC) in three major Chinese cities of Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou. These new IVACs will be furnished with upgraded IT infrastructure, state of the art technology and multi-lingual staff in order to support the Indian missions in China.
Country | Contract Type | Scope of Services | Cities/Locations |
Kazakhstan | Cyprus visa processing centre | Full application process via tech platform | Nationwide Kazakhstan |
China | Indian Visa Application Centres (3-yr) | Set up & manage IVACs | Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou |
These contract wins may indicate that the company is becoming more established in visa services and international mandates. The Kazakhstan deal allows BLS International to work with a new embassy client and the China mandate puts the company into a more strategic position for Indian missions. Although it may not seem relevant, serving embassies and large-scale visa centres entails investment into technology, local operations, and service quality. These considerations come into play when the prospective market assesses service and revenue scalability.
The BLS International share price stands at ₹326.80 per share on the BSE as of 23 October 2025 at 15:30 PM IST, up by 0.71%.
