As quoted in the press release of AU Small Finance Bank (NSE Exchange Filings), the company reported its provisional quarterly business results under SEBI Guidelines for the quarter ended 31 DEC 2025, showing continued growth in all aspects of the bank's balance sheet with increasing deposit and advance growth both YoY and QOQ. Deposits were up to ₹138,420 Cr, showing 23.3% growth over the December quarter last year and 4.5% growth from the September quarter.
Gross advances have continued to show growth. Advances were up 24.0% over the prior December quarter to ₹125,210 Cr's, and 6.5% growth from the September quarter. The total of gross loans, including the securitised and assigned asset portfolios, is ₹129,900 Cr, representing a 19.3% annual growth in gross loans and provide an indication of sustained lending activity during the quarter.

During the quarter under review, both retail and CASA deposits contributed to broad-based deposit growth. CASA deposits grew to ₹39,950 crore, reflecting a 16.1% increase year on year as well as a 2.5% increase quarter on quarter. While the CASA ratio has decreased from 30.6% in the previous year's period to 28.9%, which indicates that term deposits are growing much faster than low-cost deposits.
The change in the CASA ratio reflects changes in the funding mix rather than an overall decline in CASA deposits. The growth in total deposits will support the Bank's continued growth.
The gross total of all advances increased slightly across the reporting periods and reached ₹1,25,210 crores as of 31 December 2025. The growth rate on a quarter-on-quarter basis was 6.5% to ₹1,17,525 crores. The (securitized and assigned portfolios) totalled ₹4690 crores, down from the previous year's level, thereby impacting the institution's total gross loans outstanding.
The total loan portfolio was now ₹1,29,900 crores, up 5.7% from the previous quarter; this overall movement reflects incremental lending and portfolio readjustments in the recent quarter.
