The Board of Directors of Wipro Limited, at its meeting held over January 15-16, 2026, considered and approved the financial results of the company for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, as per Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
The Board Meeting commenced on January 15, 2026, at 3 PM. The Board of Directors finally approved the financial results for the said period at their meeting held on January 16, 2026, which concluded at 3:35 PM.
