The bidding window for the VMS TMT IPO wrapped up on September 19, 2025. The price band stayed between ₹94 and ₹99, and the issue size worked out to about ₹148.50 crore. All of it came through a fresh issue of 1.50 crore shares.

The Day 3 data shows how the bids stacked up across categories, with NIIs leading in terms of numbers, followed by institutional and retail participation.
