The VMS TMT IPO has drawn strong investor participation in its first two days. Priced between ₹94–₹99 per share, the book-build issue of ₹148.50 crore is entirely a fresh issue of 1.50 crore shares. On Day 2, the issue received bids over 21 times the shares offered, led by heavy interest from non-institutional investors and retail applicants.

The IPO opened on September 17, 2025 and will close on September 19, 2025. With a face value of ₹10 per share and a price band of ₹94–₹99, the issue aggregates up to ₹148.50 crore. The minimum lot size is 150 shares, requiring a retail investment of ₹14,850 at the upper band.
