Titan’s Q2 numbers tell a steady-growth story rather than a flashy one. The festive quarter kicked off with demand holding strong across jewellery and watches. Revenue rose 28% YoY to ₹18,837 crore, while profit climbed 59% YoY to ₹1,120 crore.
Margins stayed healthy even as the company built inventory ahead of the festive season. That quiet discipline shows in its cost structure — slightly higher working capital but stronger operating leverage.
The Board approved the unaudited consolidated financials on 3 November 2025. No interim dividend was declared. The Board also confirmed its leadership transition.
