Two days into the bidding process, subscription data often provides a better picture of market sentiment. For Jinkushal Industries Ltd., Day 2 numbers emphasised on contrasting trends across investor groups. While retail and non-institutional investors showed active participation, institutional interest remained silent.
The company, known for exporting new, refurbished, and customised construction machinery under its HexL brand, has positioned itself as a niche player in international markets. Its IPO, worth ₹116.15 crore, remains open until September 29, 2025, giving investors more time to evaluate.

As of September 26, 2025 (3:39 PM), the IPO was subscribed 4.69 times overall. Retail investors drove much of this demand, with 6.75x subscription, while NIIs followed at 6.09x. On the other hand, the QIB category recorded just 0.04x.

The IPO aggregates up to ₹116.15 crore, consisting of a fresh issue of ₹104.54 crore and an offer for sale of ₹11.61 crore. The price band was set between ₹115–₹121 per share, with the final issue price at the upper end, ₹121.
The minimum application size is 120 shares (₹14,520). Retail investors can apply for up to 13 lots (₹1,88,760), while the maximum lot for bNII applicants stands at 69 lots (₹10,01,880). Tentative allotment is expected on September 30, 2025, with listing scheduled on October 3, 2025.
As per the RHP, the net proceeds will be applied towards:
Funding the working capital requirements of the company (₹726.75 million).
General corporate purposes.

Day 2 subscription data reflects active demand from retail and NII investors, even as institutional participation remains low at this stage. With two more days left for bidding, attention now turns to whether QIB interest picks up before closure.
Final subscription figures will provide better clarity, but for now, momentum rests heavily on the retail and HNI side of the book.
