By the end of Day 3, Jain Resource Recycling Ltd.’s IPO saw greater demand across investor categories, especially from institutions. The book build issue, summed up to ₹1,250 crore, closed for subscription on September 26, 2025 with oversubscription figures.
The company, engaged in recycling and manufacturing of non-ferrous metals such as lead, copper, and aluminium, has drawn attention with its steady growth and global customer base. Applications received totalled to 2,63,327, representing a mix of retail and institutional interest.
The issue consisted of a fresh issue of ₹500 crore (2.16 crore shares) and an offer for sale worth ₹750 crore (3.23 crore shares), totaling ₹1,250 crore. The price band was fixed between ₹220–₹232 per share with a lot size of 64 shares, intending to a minimum investment of ₹14,848 for retail investors.
The IPO opened on September 24, 2025, and closed on September 26, 2025. The tentative date of allotment is expected to be September 29, 2025, with listing scheduled for October 1, 2025 on both BSE and NSE.
According to the Red Herring Prospectus (RHP), the net proceeds will be directed towards:
Pre-payment or scheduled repayment of certain outstanding borrowings (₹375 crore).
General corporate purposes.

The Day 3 numbers indicate generous institutional demand, with retail and HNI investors also showing active participation. The subscription outflow suggests confidence in the company’s recycling business and international linkages, even though valuation remains a point of consideration.
The allotment process has now become the key focus. Investors are waiting for finalization on September 29, 2025, followed by the tentative listing date to be October 1, 2025.
