The Board of Directors of Dixon Technologies (India) Limited approved its unaudited consolidated and standalone financial results for the quarter and half-year ended 30 September 2025 at its meeting held on 17 October 2025.
The Board also approved the grant of 7,000 employee stock options under the Dixon ESOP 2023 scheme.

Revenue ₹ 13,361 Cr vs ₹ 9,444 Cr YoY (+42 %)
Operating Profit ₹ 472 Cr vs ₹ 308 Cr (+53 %)
2. Consumer Electronics (LED TV & Refrigerator)
Revenue ₹ 956 Cr vs ₹ 1,413 Cr (-32 %) due to category transition and inventory rationalization.
Operating Profit ₹ 39 Cr vs ₹ 52 Cr (-25 %), margin at 4.1 %.
3. Home Appliances (Washing Machines)
Revenue ₹ 742 Cr vs ₹ 749 Cr (-1 %)
Operating Profit ₹ 50 Cr vs ₹ 49 Cr (+2 %)
Margin expanded to 11.7 % (+70 bps YoY).
Overall, the Mobile & EMS segment remained the largest contributor, accounting for ~80 % of total revenue.
On 18 October 2025, the stock opened around ₹ 16,660 on NSE and fell intraday by over 1.09 % post Q2 results announcement, the Dixon Technologies stock price experienced a dip.
