Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL) released its unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter ended 30 September 2025. The company posted a sequential increase in revenue while profitability moderated compared to the previous quarter.
The Board of Directors approved the unaudited consolidated and standalone financial results for Q2 FY26 at its meeting on 12 November 2025.
The Board also declared an interim dividend of ₹4 per equity share for FY26, with a record date of 18 November 2025. Dividend payout will be completed on or before 11 December 2025.
