This strategic deal reinforces Azad Engineering’s capabilities in delivering complex, mission-critical components to global players in the energy sector. The partnership aligns with the company’s roadmap to expand its precision manufacturing capacity and serve high-performance power applications internationally.
This is Azad Engineering’s second major international deal in less than three months. In January, it signed a Rs 960 crore contract with GE Vernova International to manufacture airfoils for advanced gas turbine engines. Prior to that, in November 2024, the company finalised a Rs 700 crore long-term contract with Japan’s Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd, further building its portfolio in the turbine component market.
These developments place Azad Engineering among a growing group of Indian firms contributing significantly to global industrial supply chains. The continued inflow of export-oriented orders also highlights India’s rising stature in high-precision engineering.

Despite announcing the new deal, Azad Engineering share price declined by 2 percent to close at Rs 1,551 on the NSE. However, the stock has rallied 12 percent over the past month, indicating investor confidence in the company’s long-term growth potential. With two large international contracts signed within a short span, Azad Engineering share price is expected to remain under close market watch as order execution begins.
Azad Engineering continues to strengthen its strategic partnerships and expand its presence in global turbine and power component manufacturing, marking a significant shift in India’s precision engineering landscape. The long-term contracts reflect the growing trust of global corporations in Indian suppliers for critical technology components.
As international collaboration in high-performance power systems grows, Azad Engineering share price and market position are poised for sustained attention and potential upside.
