In Q1 FY25-26, Apollo Hospitals reported total income of ₹5,882 crore, a 14.8% rise over ₹5,123 crore in the year-ago quarter, reflecting continued momentum in core healthcare services and expanding digital health initiatives.
Profit before tax stood at ₹583 crore, up from ₹430 crore in Q1 FY24. Tax expenses came to ₹141 crore, leading to a PAT of ₹441 crore compared to ₹316 crore in the same period last year. This performance reflects both operational efficiency and improved revenue mix.

Digital Health & Pharmacy Distribution: Revenue ₹2,471.9 crore vs ₹2,082.1 crore, profit ₹69.2 crore.
Others: Revenue ₹1.3 crore vs ₹4.8 crore loss in Q1 FY24.
The strong double-digit revenue growth and improved PAT outpaced sector averages for hospital and healthcare services, driven by higher patient volumes, improved case mix, and rapid scaling in digital health platforms.
Apollo Hospitals’ leadership attributed the growth to sustained demand in tertiary care, expanding diagnostics network, and the scaling of digital healthcare solutions. The company remains focused on capacity expansion, technology integration, and operational efficiencies to enhance margins in upcoming quarters.
