In its journey, Avenue Supermarts has worked with a simple, but effective model of low prices every day, a controlled expansion with steady growth, and outstanding supply chain efficiency. Instead of being fast or being risky in the expansion, the company has always been efficient, has owned much of its store properties, and passed on the savings to its customers.
From a single store in Powai in 2002 to over 415 stores in 2025, the rise of DMart is one of the greatest retail success stories in India. With its presence across the same states, customers' trust, and disciplined management, Avenue Supermarts is ready to continue growing for years to come.
