As quoted by the Economic Times, Urban Company, a home services platform in India, has launched the initial public offering (IPO) of ₹1,900 crore. The issue is will open for bidding from September 10, 2025, and will close on September 12, 2025. The IPO price band is between ₹98 and ₹103 per share.
A fresh issue of ₹472 crore will be used to raise funds while shares worth ₹1,428 crore are being sold to existing investors through an offer for sale.

The sum total of the two offerings combined equates to the desired amount of ₹1,900 crore. The IPO is SEBI approved and will be administered in order of the allotment scheduled for September 15, 2025, with listing on both BSE and NSE on Sep 17, 2025.
