Infrastructure major NCC Ltd has announced fresh orders totalling ₹1,690.51 crore in June 2025. The new contracts, all from external agencies, have been allocated to its building division. These projects were awarded by various state government agencies and a private limited company, further expanding NCC’s project portfolio.

Despite a decline in revenue, NCC posted a 6% year-on-year growth in net profit, reporting ₹253.8 crore in Q4FY25 compared to ₹239.2 crore in the same quarter last year. Operating revenue fell to ₹6,120.9 crore, down 5.5% from ₹6,484.9 crore in Q4FY24.
EBITDA remained relatively flat, rising slightly to ₹556.5 crore from ₹550.3 crore. The EBITDA margin improved to 9%, up from 8.5% in the corresponding quarter, indicating marginal operational efficiency gains despite the revenue dip.

For the full financial year FY25, NCC secured ₹32,888 crore worth of projects, including changes in scope. As of March 31, 2025, the company’s consolidated order book stood at ₹71,568 crore, while its standalone order book was ₹62,471 crore.
The board of directors has proposed a dividend of ₹2.20 per equity share for FY25. This reflects the company’s stable earnings performance and strong order inflow across segments.
Following the announcement of new orders, the NCC share price remained steady. Investors continue to monitor the NCC share price closely as the company maintains a strong position in the infrastructure and construction sector.
