About Sundaram Mutual Fund

Sundaram Asset Management Company Ltd., a subsidiary of Sundaram Finance Limited, manages Sundaram Mutual Funds. It was established in 1996 to separate Sundaram Finance’s mutual fund operations from its core financial services. Initially co-sponsored by Stewart Newton Holdings, Sundaram Finance took full ownership in 2002.

The AMC has a broad portfolio covering equity, debt, liquid, and fixed-income funds. It was among the first to introduce funds in emerging sectors such as Leadership, Rural India, and Mid-cap. The investment team consists of 21 professionals, including fund managers, analysts, and economists.
